I have been using Turbo Tax for 9 years and one year with another brand. Came back and will not leave!!
What's great about it: Had to use on line professional help - knowledgeable, courteous, listened, would not hang up until form was completed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

ONLY A FOOL WOULD GO TO ONE OF THOSE PLACES THAT SAY THEY CAN GET YOU MORE OR SAYS YOU CAN WIN MONEY. I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR 5 YEARS I DO ALL MY FAMILY'S AS WELL AS MY OWN I OWN 3 BUSINESS AND DO W2 1099;S AND EVERYTHING SIMPLE AND GREAT

I do not have to file state but thought i would go through the process. I quit because in the review it wanted me to fill out W-2 info. Why can't that info be transferred like the 1099's were?
What's great about it: Simple

I had issues this year relating to HSA excess contributions and as a new small business single owner. I finally felt comfortable with the numbers, but not until I walked thru the specific schedules with the IRS instructions.
Would like to see more of the completed schedules after a section is considered done instead of waiting until ALL answers are completed. There is just so much that goes on behind the scenes, it can be confusing

add the ability to attach pdf's when supporting doc's are required by IRS using Form 8453
What's great about it: very clear and easy processes
What's not so great: NO pdf attachments allowed, very CLUNKY
