I have used for three years and find it very easy to use. I purchased the home and small business edition and installed it on windows 10 machine. no problems installing. as advertised the program transferred all my data from previous years and entered it in the correct places - made it real easy for this year.
The program really walked you through each step of both the schedule c and also the personal section.
I really like this program.
What's great about it: easy to use and seems to be very accurate
What's not so great: long wait on phone for help

Love it!

This was my first use of the Home & Business software. It was easy to use and follow the questions. There are times where I'd like to see my previous year's entries to mentally compare the differences. Overall the software is easy to use. For the state filings in states that don't require filing such as TN...all of the data has been entered to indicate there is no need to file so please don't ask me to step through the process unless it's needed based on investment earnings.
What's great about it: Option to drill down yourself or follow the question guides
What's not so great: Some fields should auto-populate from the previous year's return that did not pull forward.

Love Turbo Tax and will continue to use them for years to come
What's great about it: Have our own business and this is easy and cheaper to do our taxes
What's not so great: I don't like that it is hard to change numbers that are imported.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Only way to go!

After paying a CPA more than 10 consecutive years to process federal and state returns, I was hesitant cutting the "purse strings." My skepticism was apparent during the final 4 years using a paid adviser. My CPA always complemented me on the organized presentation of my filing documentation because all my records were digitized and emailed for easy import. After reading and reviewing several Tax programs, I tried 3 brands to process on my own but still sent raw data to my CPA. Turbo Tax match up exactly in year 3 so I tried again the following year with similar success. The past 6 year have been wonderful -even during IRS audit. Turbo tax gave me excellent advise over the phone so I gladly give Turbo Tax my highest recommendation.
What's great about it: Versatile and very intuitive with easy navigation other tax software
What's not so great: Turbo tax put my CPA out of business!

Easy even for me

Even for a senior citizen female, who is technologically challenged, Turbo tax made filing easy.
What's great about it: Turbo tax led me through each step.
What's not so great: Wishing I had definitions of some of all State and Federal terms

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I do my taxes, all my grown children's taxes, as well as friends and other relatives.
They are all so thankful to have their taxes prepared using
a program that I have relied and trusted for a long time.
I will continue using Turbo Tax Products. I use both Federal
and State.

Turbo Tax Filing

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to file his/her own taxes. The system helps you all the way through and is very accurate.
