TurboTax cannot file electronic VA 502 as required

Virginia requires that companies file VA502 form. TurboTax is listed as software that provides eFile for this form. TurboTax does not do this so is of no value to me.
What's great about it: DId not see any
What's not so great: TurboTax is of no use to me

What's great about it: Easy to use as a long-time purchaser of the product. I can breeze through my return in hours.
What's not so great: I have to re-enter some information if I go back over my return. I real time waster.

Does everything a flesh-and-blood tax preparer can do. But you can do it at home.

What's not so great: when there's a long list of qs to be answered don't send me back to the top each time, So i have to scroll down each t

Very easy to manage/file taxes!

I have utilized TurboTax for several years and have had nothing but excellent instructions and assistance in filing my taxes. TurboTax covers EVERY aspect of understanding your taxes and directs the user in a way that instills trust and confidence. I utilize TurboTax with our personal taxes (and business taxes) and the format is very easy to follow. If you use It's Deductible for your financial/material donations during the year TurboTax easily uploads this information into your taxes making the entire process a snap. Great software and I trust TurboTax.
What's great about it: Simply the easiest way to file taxes (even with a small business)
What's not so great: Love every aspect of TurboTax

I am not sure what is going on with you accounts? I am not computer savy, but I spent two hours trying to navigate the account name and passwords to no avail. I finally paid my fees and taxes using the "try it later".
What's great about it: Turbo tax itself is excellent, I have used them for many years.
What's not so great: Never was able to access my account even with assistance from Turbo Tax assistant.

I was having trouble getting my computer to open the TurboTax program. Katherine helped me through it with diligence and patience and it worked like a charm. Just an amazingly competent, friendly, and awesome customer service experience.
