Super Easy

The whole process (entering data & filing) was much easier than I thought it would be.

Without complicated circumstances and just itemized deductions, dividends, 1099's, etc completed our taxes in several hours...done in one day. Longest pole was gathering all the documents.

Great Experience, no panic

Electronic filing fee is too high.
What's great about it: handled several "one time only" issues that popped up this year. No panic, everything flowed perfectly.

I feel very confident using this software to do my taxes. It takes the guess work out of filing and explains directions much easier than the irs forms.

What's not so great: Some files didn't want to open after download, and on updates, does not list publisher, in world of hackers, not a good
