Covered everything

Overall, a great program for folks with any business or accounting experience. I can see from some of the questions that what looks simple to me may not present that way to folks with no accounting or business acumen. So - hard for me to judge how this works for "everybody". It works great for me.
What's great about it: More fun than Lacerte!
What's not so great: Digging for answers to ??s makes some screens disappear.

Make it easy

I like the way Turbo Tax covers the different fields so I can easily look up the answer of if I need to make an entry and why. Good way of helping to find deductions.
What's great about it: Reviews possible required or optional fields
What's not so great: Haven't noticed them so far.

When you go back--don't know if you are amending, editing, or starting over? sometimes it was two forms instead of one and had to delete.

I don't want to screw up my tax return - it's that simple. So is TurboTax. The IRS hasn't contacted me yet about any problems with any returns, so I'm happy with TurboTax.

We had a very complicated issue on our taxes this year, and the professional on the Turbo Tax line spent a very long time helping me to fill out my forms correctly. He was amazing and very patient!!! We have loved Turbo Tax every single year!

Easy as pie for business you must try

I have used turbotax for at least 8 yrs and it has not let me down yet. allways up to date with the newest information and all i do is plug in my receipts and it does the rest. very impressive.
What's great about it: Completely walked through all the business deductions
What's not so great: confusing when you go to a work sheet to correct an error
