Hard to understand

i have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and always felt comfortable doing it. This year I found the step by step harder to follow and the help was not answering my questions. I had to go to to other sources for answers. The state transferring of information seemed to have a break down. I have always used intuit products and been satisfied, not sure of the issue this year.
What's great about it: It transferred all info from last tax year.
What's not so great: Harder to work with this year

Not very user friendly

Turbo Tax should not have error corrects every time you log on when product is already public for use. Has nothing to do with updates of Fed or State and seems like a fix on the go. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years but it always asks me for some line items from last year. Shouldn't the system know if there was a profit or loss or carry over of some sort? Editing is a nightmare since you never know which form it will actually change and forms, especially business, should be in order of Schedule C line items. After the Final check there are still errors although system already said No Errors detected?! Not happy.

Turbo Tax Home and Business 2015

This is a very painless tax program. 2015 makes the 6th straight year I have used turbo tax. Could not be more pleased.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate.
What's not so great: I wish it had Form 709 as it is required filing when you file your 1040.

No Automatic Updates

For the first time, this year my Turbo Tax did not automatically update. I would click to have it update and it would start to and then not ever finish. This was really quite unacceptable for a program of this nature. It makes me think twice about using this product again.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: No automatic updates was a real hassle
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

Rental Assets and Inherited Property

I had to search in the application for the proper form to fill out for rental deductions and inherited property information and wasn't asked questions to get there. Also, at the very end when returns were transmitted a bunch of errors happened with really bad descriptions about the inherited property transaction. Very Poor!
What's great about it: I was able to do it myself without a CPA
What's not so great: Very poor interface, the wizard never even asked me questions about inherited property

What's not so great: Wish the "Continue" button was at the top of the page as well...
