Problem this year - 2015

Love the Turbo Tax Products but pretty upset this year when a new form popped up during the final review 3554, I was referenced to look at part 1 which was not displayed so I went to the form itself. When I finished reading, I closed the form, Turbo Tax closed and my entire return was lost, I had to re input everything from scratch. Not the way I wanted to spend a Saturday afternoon. In the past, Turbo Tax always asked you if you wanted to save the return before exiting or changing screens in the past. Not in this version, it was EXTREMELY frustrating. It would be nice to know before hand what new IRS forms have been instituted and what they are for.
You asked for my nick name and keep telling me it is taken, 1 more try and if it tells me its taken I am done and canceling the survey
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand SW
What's not so great: New form 3554, after reviewing, closed and lost all my data

Corporate Taxes made so Easy!!

I have used both Turbo Tax Business and H & R Block Business. Turbo Tax is by far a better product. It guides you step by step through the process. H & R requires a lot more work for corporate returns.
What's great about it: Guides you on everything.
What's not so great: Didn't have the refund/amount due at the top of the screen as in previous years.

You might add an option at the beginning to outline the sequence of what will happen.
What's great about it: Handled everything, which I did not know when I started, but do know now.
What's not so great: I did not know that you would hand so much, but I don't know how you could possbiley correct that.

With Turbo Tax, preparing tax returns and creating K1 schedules couldn't be easier.
What's great about it: Using Turbo Tax to file federal and state returns removed all the fear.
What's not so great: I can't think of any.
