A good product and simple to use, but, you really need to make it available for the Mac
What's great about it: simple, guide-me-through navigation, great online help!
What's not so great: available only for "Windows"

Few bugs w K-1s, but great custmr support solved!

Some bugs availed themselves after I had to make substantial revisions and go back and forth between forms and step-by-step. But customer service was phenomenal and solved the problems.
Tax support is actually better than I got in person with accountants whom I was previously paying a LOT.
One recommended change would be to enable us to put comments next to specific entries, and perhaps build a notes journal we can bring to next year. Next year I will use this service again, and I'll have to rack my brain to remember some ways I resolved things this year.
What's great about it: Understandable & Robust in coverage
What's not so great: Some bugs with K-1s

S Corp Filing is a Snap

The business product makes filing S Corp tax returns easy. I have a boilerplate prepared for all of the necessary information which makes completing each section a snap. I have used Turbo Tax Business product for the past 4 years with no problems. I can file both the federal and state returns in one simple process. The only problem I had was with the website and accessing the home page so I could purchase the product. The first 2 times that I signed in it took me to "let's complete your return on-line and I couldn't get to the home page at all. The third sign in finally took me to the main Turbo Tax home page so I could finally select and purchase the business product. That was annoying.
What's great about it: Side-by-side review of prior year data, transfer of information from prior year filing, easy e-file process
What's not so great: Required multiple sign ins to finally get to the main home area of Turbo Tax to purchase the Business product.
