Disappointed to not have a ready to use form for 1099-Rs. Had to use additional income entry - not as descriptive and doesn't address all the separate box entries.
What's great about it: Just as easy as regular Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Doesn't provide support for 1099-Rs for Trust returns

Turbo Tax just makes it so easy. If you have your information in front of you it literally takes 20 minutes. No worries about whether or not I did it correctly because they review it & tell you where you messed upl IRS warnings are good too. Show you the topics or categories that are sensitive to review by the IRS that way you can make sure them well documented.

State forms need a lot of work. I shoud not have to research and work so hard to fill out my La S-Corp tax return. Not very user friendly. The software expects me to know before hand what I need to do.

W-2 forms for s-corp health insurance premiums

The two star review is ONLY for the w-2 portion of the software and not a reflection of the software as a whole.
My tax situation includes filing for a s-corporation, a sole proprietorship, and married filing jointly. This requires purchasing Turbo Tax Business (s-corp) and TurboTax Home and Business (sole proprietorship and personal taxes).
The TurboTax Business software does a good job of indicating the s-corporation shareholder health insurance premiums need to be shown on the shareholder's w-2 and that those premiums are deductible on the shareholder's 1040 line 29. However, TurboTax Business (needed for S-corps) does not automatically generate the shareholder's w-2 like it does for the shareholder's k-1. Additionally, it does not provide additional interview questions in the step-by-step process to assist with designating wages from fringe benefits since this is a tax free benefit.
Also, the deduction is actually taken on Form 1040, line 29 (TurboTax Home and Business). The two software programs do not communicate with each other or with the w-2 generation portion of the program which is installed with both software programs.
What's great about it: 2015 TurboTax acknowledges that shareholder premiums need to be reflected on the w-2
What's not so great: There is ZERO addtional support in the step-by-step process with entering the health insurance premiums

Effective and saves us $$!

Overall, the program is easy to use an effective. There are a few things that I would like to have explained a little better or organized differently. There was a glitch on the rent page this year. But, I was able to get through it.
What's great about it: systematic walk-thru of tax preparation
What's not so great: a few program gliches.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Overall...great software. You really need to be an accountant with some business or partnership tax understanding to get this done right. But, TurboTax makes it as easy as it could possibly be.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great interface with Quickbooks
What's not so great: "Smart forms" for partnership allocations was a little confusing
