Helpful as Always, should discount return users

I have used Turbotax for years and it is a great program. I just don't like the fact that there is no reward for being a return user, no discounted upgrade price. I have to rebuy the same programs every year at full price, wish Intuut would value return customers more.
What's great about it: Always helpful and easy to use
What's not so great: Have to buy new program every year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Simple, fast, and easy for my small company
What's not so great: Doesn't work on Mac so I literally have to borrow a PC to complete taxes. Very frusterating

Upload from Quickbooks

This is the second year in a row that I have had trouble uploading from QuickBooks. I tried multiple times with no luck.
I gave up an enter manually again this year.
I have QB 2015 and it still didn't work.
Please fix the problem.
What's great about it: none
What's not so great: 2nd year in a row I could not get QB to upload to Turbo Tax

It would be nice if, once transmitted, the items are shown separately for Federal and State.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use
What's not so great: Unclear electronic filing for Federal vs State

Should be better

I use TurboTax Premium for my personal income taxes and TurboTax Business for my trust taxes. TurboTax Premier is light years ahead of TurboTax Business. Why doesn't TT Business have the ability to import information from all major financial institutions? Why are the explanations and assistance as robust as those in TT Premium? Intuit should improve TT Business to bring it up to the same standard as other Intuit products.

Very Good to complete partnership forms easily

Would be nice to input/scan a Profit and Loss Statement for year and Balance Sheet and have the data automatically go to forms rather than going through the input screens. This would save time on input.
Review documents (print or PDF) after the error check is done before E-filing.
