Very Easy To Use- Except

Tried HR Block Software but was very difficult to use. A friend suggested TurboTax for Business. It was much easier to use and for the most part went well. The only thing that I had problems with was that the Balance Sheet did not Balance at the end. It was a mistake I made entering a item twice. It took me nearly four hours to identify the mistake. I feel that this error could have caught by Turbo Tax or explained in terms that a non-tax professional could understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not Much Help Correcting Errors

E-filing W2/W3 and 1099/1096 with TurboTax

I didn't like filing the W3 and 1096 forms without signature or Title on them, but will see how it goes.
TurboTax is great - will continue using it.
What's great about it: easy to do
What's not so great: not sure if the W3 and 1096 were signed - maybe no need to

Frustrated this year!!

I have used TT for our business for over 10 years and it is a wonderful product. However, this year I have been very frustrated. After Quickbooks was imported, I was off by $7 in my expenses and I did not hand enter anything! The assets we purchased that I entered came out as errors. TT did not create an 1125E this year and should have. I had an insurance refund that was entered as such in QB, but TT put it as a sales return and I could not change it. TT always cuts my meals/entertainment by 50% even though it should be 100% for business and I have it entered on the tax line correctly in QB. Finally, I deleted the entire return, and started over and manually corrected the differences and created the 1125E on my own.
What's great about it: Great program
What's not so great: Some bugs this year

It worked well enough. A little pricey but still cheaper than an accountant.

could not print review, had trouble with members g

if It would tell proper page to find members beginning capitol said go to page four schedule l line 21d....there is no page for schedule l 21d....so did not know how to balance my books
cannot print review...I am disappointed
What's great about it: it can be done with computer
What's not so great: could not get it to printcopy of my taxes to review only senffd yp a file

I had to input distributions for our LLC in the forms since the step-by-step questions didn't address them.
What's great about it: Saves a lot of time
What's not so great: Difficult to remember where to put in distributions
