Excellent Product

Once again, an easy process for filing my business taxes. And I love the fact that this year my state incorporated electronic payment. Time saver for sure! Keep up the great work Intuit!

Turbo Tax gives you the best help with the product

The updater for the tax files has given me trouble 2 years in a row. I upgraded to windows 10 2 years ago as well. I have had nothing but trouble with windows 10 which has caused trouble with Turbo Tax, but the help I got was superior!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Updater does not work well with windows 10

I would recommend TurboTax to other small business owners
What's great about it: I like the way TurboTax leads me through each section. I also love being able to import data from my QuickBooks.

Turbo tax is great and makes doing taxes easy. It is wonderful that all the information from the year before is put into the next year.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: hidden cost of state tax.

Anyone can prepare their own taxes with this software. It is easy to use and guides you through everything.
What's great about it: It walks you through everything and answers questions you didn't know you had
What's not so great: It can't answer every question but that is what support is for.

Curious problems persist - but eventually AOK

In particular, this partnership pays foreign taxes. Always, the books are out of balance until I have an opportunity to enter the foreign taxes paid, and to what countries. Why don't you have the dialog about foreign taxes paid before the books are balanced?
Also, for the first time this year, I was asked to enter the percentage of profit and loss, even after answering the question up front. Why isn't the answer to the ownership percentage the default values used in the K-1 calculation? You can always ask if they are different, and if so, then record the changes
What's great about it: Calculations are on the money
What's not so great: Some awkward areas need addressing
