Additional charges for Refund Processing no wanted

Every years TurboTax adds another charge, this year it is the "refund processing charge." This was never published. Next year I will find another company.
What's great about it: Good and intuitive. Been using TT since 1999.
What's not so great: Cost to use TurboTax goes up a lot evey year...too bad.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Cumbersome

I tried doing my and both of my children's return and it was a nightmare. I was unable to save all three on the same computer, it asked me to delete before I could add another return. I paid for deluxe with State and still had to pay to download state return for Virginia.
What's great about it: Provides an accurate return
What's not so great: Too tied into automatic information

I have been using TurboTax for years & have never had a problem. Will continue to use TurboTax.

Worked like a charm

The Basic Turbo Tax is all I usually need. I don't have a large amount of deductions but walking through it helps get a larger return sometimes.
What's great about it: Helped me figure out if I could get more deductions
What's not so great: I got confused on how to go back to the W2 section to enter some things I missed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No way to report loss on Roth IRA Excess Distribut

I could find no way to report a loss on my Roth IRA Excess Distribution. As a result, I needed to pay a 6% penalty on the excess that was supposedly still in my account. Fortunately for me, the excess (actually loss) was only $20. I spent many hours trying to get TT to allow for the loss, but I found no way to do it.
What's not so great: I could find no way to report a loss on my Roth IRA Excess Distribution.

Misfired Saving Return

Turbo failed to save previously entered filing checking account and driver's licenses information prior to e-filing return; between printing and actually e-filing. Upon re-entering this info two digits were transposed on checking account and tax due will have to handled manually.
Drivers information has never been requested by the IRS and we wonder why it now shows up in Turbo!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not expecting the Drivers Information requirement.
