Pretty painless

I chose the long route, because I'm new to using Turbo tax, and I knew that I was eligible for some federal and state benefits. However, sometimes the 'easy to use' language of Turbotax actually made it harder for me to know if I'd gotten to that part of the return yet. The rest of the time, however, was easy and painless. I will use it (or another piece of software) again.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: Wasn't sure what some of the terms were, and it was hard to find out
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Well conceived!

Plus, in addition to all the wonderful things about the software, I twice "lost" the work-in-progress in my MAC. Once between 2 days I lost the whole works...didn't save apparently!
What's great about it: So nice to be led through with helpful tid-bits along the journey!
What's not so great: a little messy going back and forth between Forms and Easy.

Print Last Page

There used to be a print page button on every page of TurboTax. I noticed it gone a couple of years ago but have been able to do without it. However it would be nice to able to print all or some of the questions as they go by for comparison next year, or for that matter just because I am an@l about things like tax records have been a loyal customer for years and want it back. Most of all the page that records when the forms were filed with the IRS. Not the whole thing but a print page option would be nice. Being able to select what to print would be even better that way there is not a big waste of ink on advertisement that is mostly ignored.
At the bottom of this page there is an add an image option. An image of what? I downloaded a photo of my dog.
Third time I have tried to send this. For wanting honest feedback you sure are being picky.
Last time if it does not go through this time forget it.
What's great about it: The page that comes up after transmitting shows the exact time and date the forms were sent that is good.
What's not so great: It cannot be printed for my records.

Federal and State Filing Made Easy!

I have used expensive and time using professional accountants many times in the past and have learned to compare their filing information in detail to a quick Turbo Tax comparison-the results-the exact same detail for about one-tenth the price and much faster and more convenient than a visit to my accountant.
What's great about it: Quick, intuitive, comprehensive and accurate state and federal filing process. Just do it!
What's not so great: For most filers, no "Cons"

Easy MONEY!

I thought the program was easy and have been using it for over 6 years. I just was unable to get last years taxt info. I should have put it on a rmovable disk.
What's great about it: VERY SIMPLE
What's not so great: WHERE IS LAST YEARS INFO?
