too many fees

I have been purchasing Turbo Tax for 9 years, I am disappointed with the extra fees for e-filling state, the extra state fee, the inefficient platform to go through and make the payment. I wont download any more Turbotax. The product is good but is getting too expensive.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: too many fees

Back in the game for 2016

Still the program I have used for many years. I would recommend this program to anyone not wanting to pay a fortune for simple work you can do yourself.
What's great about it: Answered all my questions about filing.
What's not so great: Since I could not use them last year, I worried about carrying forward to 2016.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax support was great. Rebecca was very helpful in explaining how to handle my RMD issue.
What's great about it: Thorough and mostly user-friendly
What's not so great: RMD for pensions was painful because it never appeared before.
