Slow but good

I have a suggestion - in the beginning, tell people that they will need their driver's license, checking account numbers, last years return, etc. so that all of that is at hand when needed. I had to keep getting up and searching for things that were not part of the deductions, etc.
What's great about it: Easily navigated

Easy overall.

Entry error with 1099-MISC income initially prevented us from filing on Sunday night. It would have been nice to have a live person to talk to about the problem. Instead, I had to fish around on the internet the following morning until I found out what was wrong. I did not appreciate multiple offers to sell me Audit Defender.
What's great about it: Software was easy to navigate and the graphics were colorful and helpful and easy on the eyes.

Completed my taxes with ease

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past few years and every time has been a great experience. This program tells me exactly what information is needed and where on my tax forms I can locate the information (and what it each item/box means). Thought of doing my taxes used to make me feel nervous and unsure. But ever since I started using Turbo Tax I can file my taxes feeling confident and at ease.
What's great about it: user friendly and easy to understand
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Makes Doing Taxes a Breeze!

I have been using TT for years and love it! Seems it improves a little bit every year as well. A couple of things that I would like to see improved:
1) Every now and then, I would click the "BACK" button to go back 1 page to check on something, and it would take me all the way back to the beginning of that topic. That's really annoying. I'm sure that, sometimes, I might actually WANT to go all the way back to the beginning, so is there a way that you could provide 2 "BACK" buttons . . . one labeled "Previous Page," and the other labeled "Back to the beginning of this topic"?
2) As we progress through a long list of topics, such as "INCOME" or "DEDUCTIONS", whenever we finish a topic, the program takes us back to the 1st topic and we have to scro-o-o-ol all the way down to the bottom of the page in order to select the next topic on the list. Is it possible that the program could take us back to the LAST topic instead of the 1st?
What's great about it: Easy features, great explanations to PREVENT questions.
What's not so great: Program doesn't always do what you would expect.

The reason that I continue to choose Turbo Tax over the other products on the market is because it is easy to follow the step by step instructions, the additional information is easy to understand and I have never had a problem with the actual filing of my federal and state taxes.
It would be nice if you had a sliding scale cost/filing fee for senior citizens and/or students.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and use
What's not so great: Price for program and filing.

I have used TT for decades. Former life a cpt whiz, not now. A dinosaur who just wants it simple and correct. Each year you expect a little more from me-tech wise- but I am true fan. Not happy that there is no longer any phone access. Remember, there are still a lot of us older ones out there that need your wonderful product and help. Thanks again. Please continue to offer the Basic. again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRODUCT.

What's great about it: walks me through whats needed. does the math, special areas if req.a simle return, but IRS equals nightmare.
What's not so great: no "set up" at disc input. print forms harder to figure out
