Overall an excellent program. I have used it before and you have refined it nicely.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: print process a bit weird
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: Itemized Deductions walk through is definately not as good as previous versions causing misc omissions

Pretty good product

I have used TTax for ~15 years now, and have usually been quite happy with the product, especially since you cured last year's problem of not making Forms mode available in all versions, including Basic.
Occasionally there are discrepancies between TTax and IRS forms/schedules. I get a couple of K-1 forms, and you ask for information about 'additional partner's information in Part II', which I don't see in any of my K-1 forms.
Also one of my other family users of TTax had his return rejected due to lack of IP PIN numbers. We called the IRS and they gave us 5-digit PIN numbers. Then we entered those numbers into his return, and it claimed that we needed 6-digit numbers. I wondered if they really needed that 6th digit, so I added random numbers to make 6-digit numbers and now everyone is happy.
[I'm not saying that TTax is at fault here, just giving you the results of my experience.]
What's great about it: You cured last year's problem by making Forms available, even in Basic
What's not so great: Sometimes there are discrepancies between TTax and IRS forms

love Turbo Tax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and I have to say it has been a wonderful tool for filing my federal taxes. Some of the pros to this program is its ease of use and how straight-forward the directions are. It is definitely user-friendly! It also gets down to the nitty-gritty (depending on which version you use) to guarantee the greatest refund possible. Even for beginners filing their own taxes, it is a valuable tool to use. I can't imagine using anything else, and this year I only used the Basic Version!
What's great about it: easy to use, uncomplicated

TurboTax never dissapoints! It asks all the right questions and lets you choose which ones you want to further explore so you aren't wading through a lot of information you will not need. It takes me less than an hour from start to finish and even routes my refund to my bank. What's not to like? No worry over a lost or high jacked refund.
What's great about it: Walks you through every option
What's not so great: none

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years - I've got returns back to 2010 on this computer, and I know I used it before then. I have gotten to the point where I know exactly where to look for different deductions, but I will look at my options anyway just to see if there is anything I might have missed. I have recommended Turbo Tax to others because of the low cost and ease of use.
What's great about it: Helps me find all possible deductions
What's not so great: None

What's not so great: Didn't know I needed the IRS no. until the end and feared I had lost all the info I had entered.
