This is the up teen year I used turbo tax and I love it.
What's great about it: A lot easser then the old tax forms and make a heck of a lot more sents

My own list of contributions is in alphabetic order; TurboTax absolutely refuses to re-alphabetize last year's list--I've complained before and it hasn't helped. And each time an contribution entry is "done" TT takes you back to the top of the list. That is one pain in the anatomy, and so easy to fix. Otherwise most things go extremely smoothly.
What's great about it: Easy and Complete and Flexible
What's not so great: Too many screens at times; Entering Contributions is Terrible

Easy to, seems to accurate and thorough

I've used turbotax for several years now. I was able to do my taxes on turbotax in 1/2 a day after I got all my 4 1099's in order. It stepped me through all of the steps and I was able to efile promptly.
There were two glitches. It was unable to download the updates and told me to try again later. After several tries I waited until the next day and they download.
It seemed to be looping when I tried to efile so I forced it to quit. When I restarted the efile seem to worked o.k.
What's great about it: Entry was easy
What's not so great: response time for updates was slow

Couldn't have been easier!

TurboTax makes the return filing process seem almost fun. I could not think of any aspect which was not covered very easily and efficiently. I'll continue to use TurboTax until the IRS says I no longer have to file!
What's great about it: The questions asked and the instructions provided are easy to understand.

Making Government Inefficiency Managable

Thomas Paine said it best. "Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst, an intolerable one." I don't know how people got taxes done before TurboTax. Thank the Lord for TurboTax. It takes government jargon mess and makes it simple(r) to complete, and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Andrea.
What's great about it: Friendly Customer Service, Layman's Terms
