It can't get any easier

I will never use any other method than TurboTax. No one could possibly make it any easier than this.
What's great about it: I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years, and it is so easy to use.
What's not so great: There is NOTHING that I didn't like. It's always great and so easy.

Good Do-it-yourself tax preparation product

I have been doing turbo tax for years and have been satisfied. The draw back this year was coming to filing state taxes, they ask for payment then and then again to efile. Should be one fee for both especially when more than one state is involved. There customer service is good and helpful. I recommend finding out all fees before purchasing the right product for you.

What's not so great: Can be as costly as a tax accountant

Ehh Buggy

This year I had buggy problems where the program would get caught in a loop. I had to restart and clear up some of my tax information.
What's great about it: Typical possitive experience
What's not so great: This year was buggier than in years past. I had to restart computer.

Room for Needed Improvement

Filling out Kiddie tax forms and worksheets is difficult. Turbo Tax does none of the work other than act as a repository for the forms. I spent about as much time on these as I did the rest of my return. Turbo Tax should be able to gather data from different (children's) returns and populate the worksheets.
