Great, Fast and Help when you need it

I don't have anything negative to say even about the payment of services, it's minimal compared to the headache I would have doing it any other way. Turbo Tax has been my go to tax preparation for years now and when you need help they're there for you. I love it and will continue to use Turbo Tax for years to come
What's great about it: Online E-file, Auto import of your info
What's not so great: Ya pay for Auto import of info

Quick and Guided

This process is quick and easy. You can get done in about 2-3 hours even if you itemize your deductions... The worst part is gathering all needed information prior to sitting down to get it done. Turbo Tax talks you through the process and you're able to identify errors when they occur. Make sure to have all the papers you need with you so that the process can run smoothly.
The negative for me is that you must pay for your state's efiling. Honestly that shouldn't be the case since you pay for the programs already. Just like the federal, you should be able to efile for free.

Happen to have TurboTax programs on my computer for the past 3 years! The 2015 program could not find my old returns to auto fill? Frustrating to open any prior year whether a pdf file or something else, it says cannot read file!!! If Turbo Tax doesn't lock-up my computer upon install...it's a miracle! A neccessary evil to file my taxes

Incomplete

I'm a disabled person in assisted living with no driver license or state id, since I don't/can't go anywhere. When I get to the e- filing page, I can't because I can't fill in the requested data and it won't let me go further. And can't back out of it. There are probably many out there like me, you should warn them that TurboTax doesn't support their filing.
What's great about it: mostly good

Supper way to do your taxes. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. Great product.

Always easy

Been using this for at least 10 years. Easy, accurate and makes filing simple. No problems with the IRS yet.
What's great about it: Takes just a few miniutes if you have your docs.
What's not so great: Can get slow if you go thriu every catagory to see if it applies to you.
