I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always found it to be convenient and accurate.

Disappointed

Was disappointed with TurboTax this year for a couple of reasons. I had to do a real search to find out where to enter my quarterly estimated taxes I paid during the year. I could have easily missed entering that item as that question was never asked. Secondly where is that feature Where is my Refund?

Tax prep

I thought for the most part the program worked in a logical order. One issue I did have was that the Estimated Tax amounts I made were not entered at the time when other tax payments went in so it was hard to judge were I was with owing taxes. It made it appear that I was going to owe a large payment. Otherwise it it was a good experience.
What's great about it: Very detailed and logical sequence for the most part.
What's not so great: Had trouble getting back to my last step when I exited before the return was complete

No Stress

I have been doing my taxes manually for over 30 years. What a surprise and relief to try Turbo Tax! We are friends for life.
Excellent product.

What's great about it: Takes less than an hour to prepare.
What's not so great: Had to go back an put in my bank info for direct deposit, don't know how I missed it.

Just one suggestion. On the page where I submit my Drivers License information ... After I select one of the choices for Date Format (EXP Date and ISS Date), if I accidentally click somewhere to the right of the listed choices, my selection is changed. It would be better if I would have to click in another selection circle to choose something different.
