Worked OK BUT!! Cant print.

When I try to print forms I get grey boxes. Works fine another applications.
What's great about it: Easy to complete return
What's not so great: Cant print on a MAC

Biggest trouble was in following directions precisely. My problem, I know, but it got me well lost a couple of times. The problems were mine and if someone with my talent for getting lost on a computer can eventually get to the end of this program with success, It's been pretty well written Thank you for your endavers.
What's great about it: I did it myself. On my own schedual.
What's not so great: Some difficulty in backing up to make corrections.

talked to Denise, covering Roseville area about problem, she was not only helpful but explain process as she went along which was very reassuring I was getting best exact service for what was needed. Have used this for 3 yrs. and don't intend to change. Thank You

As a long time tax preparer who has entered the nonprofit world, using Turbo Tax is reliable and intuitive. Most importantly, I can rely on Turbo Tax to get it right on the Federal return. Since I live in a State with no income tax, I am unable to rate the state tax return side of Turbo Tax. Keep up the terrific work!
What's great about it: Your program is spot on for Federal income tax purposes. Easy to navigate, intuitive and reliable.
What's not so great: It's hard to come up with something unlikable. Great program.

Love this software

I use to do my taxes by pencil and calculator - I would sit for hours figuring it out. I tried a tax preparer and was floored by the amount they wanted me to pay for something I have done one my own. I figured I would try this software out a few years back and won't go back to pencil and paper. It's quick and easy. Thank you!
What's great about it: Pulls in all your previous tax information
What's not so great: can't think of one

Easiest Tax Filing Ever

I love the way TurboTax works. I finished our return in record time. What a relief to have it done in only 3 hours total! It's so easy to use and it gives answers to any question that may arise while working with it. I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years and I wouldn't use anything else!
What's great about it: Love the way it guides all information
What's not so great: Can't think of any
