Awesome Product

I love how the software only is a fraction of the cost versus going to a tax service. I also loved being able to do my taxes by myself in the comfort of my home instead of waiting in line like I used to. Turbotax found every little deduction I was qualified for and year after year I get great refunds and fast results.

What's great about it: The walk through was easy and fast. Finding help was also a snap.

I have been able to do my taxes in less than 1 hour with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Very simple to use and have used it for many years
What's not so great: Do not have any cons

Great Product, one negative

Please add a worksheet of taxes due (Form 1040 Line 44). I have qualified dividends and cap gains and cannot locate in TurboTax where this calculation is shown. Copied the applicable pages from the IRS 1040 Instructions and completed the IRS worksheet.
What's great about it: Carryforward of PY data and Download of financial data
What's not so great: Need worksheet of taxes due

I am very pleased at the ease of use. Being able to look up questions and get answers. Customer Service was very professional and helped with my small problem.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and phone support was wonderful
What's not so great: Wish I had used this years ago. I have been paying accountants

This is an excellent product, truly a time-saver! Easy, clear steps walk the user through setting up the tax return. An abundance of "help" buttons answered all of my questions.
