Used for years!

I have used Turbo Tax to file our return for years, never had an audit or even less money back. Over about 18 years I got back more money than I was expecting once, due to an overlooked item on my part. With each year bring more new taxes and "special situations" I always dread trying to find out where to enter the new information, but using the step by step format in Turbo Tax I always come through unscathed and it turns out to be a lot easier than I thought! I would def. recommend their product to everyone, and I have.
What's great about it: Spells out each step, asks questions to prompt you, easy to understand for first time users, great price, help available
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: I was able to transfer tax info from other software. I was able to correct missed information with easy.

I use TurboTax each year. It is a simple, clean professional program that guides me through the tax filing process in an orderly smooth process. It takes the stress our of tax filing!
What's great about it: Program works through your tax situation in a clear orderly manner
What's not so great: Nothing

Another year another great experience

I have been using Turbo Tax for a million years now, and it only gets better. I use BASIC version, and it does everything I need. Plus free e-filing.
Why would anyone use anything but TurboTax to file their taxes?
In particular, I think the ease of use - and the user interface design are just about perfect. Easy to read, easy to follow through, easy to understand exactly where you are each step of the way.
Another year another home run.
