Hard to get going

I have been using TT for many years and every year i have trouble downloading the software and getting it going. I end up spending a lot of time on the phone with one of your techs just to get started. That part has to be made easier.
On the positive side, once the software is ready to use, doing taxes is a breeze and that is why i continue using TT.

What's great about it: All the tax stuff once ready to roll
What's not so great: Consistently difficult to get started (download, launch...)

I have used Turbo Tax for nineteen years now. Wouldn't use any other and will be using it in 20017!
What's great about it: fast and very easy to follow instructions

Good to get back the known feel and features back. The 2014 tax year changes were a fiasco. I would have changed vendor and stopped using TurboTax if they had continued with silly changes...

I like the fact it knows and transfers last years info. Saves a lot of time filling in information. Back when I itemized, it was REALLY helpful. Not so much now, but still a time saver, and at times, a real help. I like the easy e-filing. Turbo-tax does it all.
What's great about it: quick, easy, simple, effective
What's not so great: I only file 1040E, these days. $30.00 seems a lot for that.

GOT HELP FROM SUPPORT AGENT SIERA AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL.STAYED WITH ME FOR 4 HRS.AND TUTURED ME A LOT.I AM GRATEFUL FOR HER HELP.
