I believe I have used Turbo Tax since it was created. I absolutely LOVE IT! It never ceases to AMAZE me how great and easy it is. Thank you so much!!!
What's great about it: Easy, intuitive, makes a difficult job seem like a breeze
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Long time user - disappointed

After using TT for many years (maybe 15 or more) found this issue on my MAC very troublesome although I finally finished. The system continually got stuck presenting the message "Calculating" remaining there until I forced closure of the app. A number of times doing that resulted in lost information and even starting the return all over again. There were a number of times I was tempted to search for another app! I didn't though dreading a new learning curve but I will consider a change next year.
What's great about it: Much the same as previous years so very familiar
What's not so great: Troubles w/ continuing, going back to edit, having to restart, etc.

Great Product Every Time!

I do my taxes, parents taxes, and children's taxes all with one product. It works for simple and complex tax forms. Have not found a scenario where Turbo Tax was unable to ask the questions for my situation. I have used Turbo Tax for over 12 years and will continue for many more!
What's great about it: Remembers me from previous year, asks all the questions necessary

It's Done Right!

I've been a long time Turbo Tax user and it continues to be my first choice in tax prep programs. It gives me confidence that my return is done correctly and therefore peace of mind!
What's great about it: Organizes everything !

Stressed Out

Every time Turbotax had a pop-up and asked me to access my "keyChain" and I declined, all I would get is the"pinwheel" on my iMac. There wasn't any close button on the pop-up. I had to force a power off numerous times to close down my computer and start TurboTax again. This happened at least 6 times. Very stressful. I've used TurboTax for the last 12 years and I'm thinking I may try something else next year.
What's great about it: Inexpensive, easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Terrible "Key chain " pop-up. Had to close down my computer numerous times and hope I didn't get the pop-up.

needs work

the step by step procedure combined insurance premiums, including medicare premiums, with drs.& hospital fees causing an overstatement of medical expenses. Thankfully, i reviewed the individual forms before completing the return.
What's great about it: convenient process
What's not so great: mishandled quicken imported file

My 2015 Turbotax experience

I use TurboTax every year. I do not recall how many years I have used TurboTax, but I do not recall any problems.
What's great about it: Very efficient and rapid preparation of my 2015 income tax
What's not so great: No dislikes

Supersized my refund!

A very well developed program that walks you through the entire tax filling process. An easy to use step by step process that double checks for any errors and maximizes your refunds.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
