Easy process

See cons. I kept getting requirement to fill in info on forms that are not necessary. Could not delete form or request. Just had to enter "$O". So unnecessary. Writing a review should not require that no one else uses the same nickname. Took almost as long to find an unused nickname as doing taxes.
What's great about it: Quick and mostly easy
What's not so great: Cannot delete forms used in prior years no longer necessary

I have been using TURBO-TAX for over 10 years and recommend it to friends every time the subject of taxes comes up.

Great Product

Have been using the product for several years now. very easy to use. always hated tax time. getting all my info just for some stranger i didnt know go though all my stuff.
Now i sit in my own home. answer the questions have all the info close at hand no strangers to deal with.
so now i dont mind tax time.

Medical Information Confusing

I've used Turbo Tax for more than a decade and its been easy to use for me since I am very familiar with the process. I do find that the new Health Care Insurance topic to be confusing since it is located outside of the normal deductions section and it made me go through it twice before I noticed that I was duplicating my insurance expenses.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy to fill out!
What's not so great: Some topics leave a lot be desired such as Medical Insurance
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Relatively Quick and Easy

I enjoy using this software for two main reason; it is super easy and relatively quick. Every step is explained in detail and easy to understand.
What's great about it: Very easy, explained everything in good detail
What's not so great: Taxes in general require alot of information
