HDMI port issues

Disappointing

Had this model for about 3 weeks and the HDMI 2/3 stopped working (system board). Brought it back to where I purchased it and they swapped it out with another same model. Now all the inputs show popcorn screen with sound only. I'm told it's the system board again and repair is over 1K. very disappointing.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sound problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the tv but in the past few months the sound has become garbled. I did the reboot and didn't help. If we turn it off then back on it clears it up for a while. Don't have an answer on a fix. Our 65 inch doesn't have this problem, yet.

Just confused.

I brought an 86” tv and it arrived with a 6” scratch on the screen. When I asked for it to be replaced I was told No because a scratch does not affect the functionality.
