A very compact system, easy to use and a must have system to have today with the crime rate climbing in every city. We feel very secure now that we have "someone" watching our home when we are away or sleeping. Not only are we happy with this system but their support team is only one email away. I had an issue with the system, emailed them with my problem and shortly Daniela emailed be back and the problem was resolved that day. A wonderful support group that are concerned about their customer and their equipment. Thanks, Defender.

Very easy to get this system up and running. Video quality day and night vision is great. I really like all the features that let you fine tune this system to suit your particular requirements. Glad I found the Defender for my home security!

Simple to use.

I like all the features and ease of use. Easy set up and clear picture on the monitor.
I had to update firmware and had some trouble with this. I even had my computer person work on the download to sd card and he did not have any luck. I sent Darrielle a note at customer support and she sent a sd card with firmware update. She was very nice and quick response time. She is very nice to work with. I would have put 5 stars but I feel it should have had updated firmware.
