Super Tech Support and PX301-011 Product

I just purchased the PX301-011 and right out of the box I am pleased. The quality of the video is really good in either of the two options. It was extremely easy to set up the unit and cameras and get results within minutes. The joystick makes moving around to change things and set up almost as easy as my personal camera. The DVR is easy to use, the screen picture is clear.
I had one slight problem. It wouldn't record. After using the LiveChat with Daniela, she suggested several fixes in an straight forward, easy to understand and follow steps. Me not being a techno-whiz, she sure made my stress level drop in a hurry. Anyway, putting the wee SD memory card into the 2GigSD card was all I had to do - without that help I felt my BP hitting 200! THANK YOU Daniela!!!!
And, I got the transcript emailed to me for future stupidity on my part!

Easy Setup

I purchased my first PX301 in June and it was easy to set up and to record. I purchased the 2nd PX301 in Dec and again the same easy functions. When speaking with Sara about an extended warranty i was told about this site. I was unfortunately unable to get the extended warranty for my first system but was able to with my second. Good product.

I have wireless camera systems for some 15 years. The Defender PX301-011 is the easiest I've ever owned to install and operate.
