I reviewed a lot of systems before purchasing the Defender PX301, some with a lot of features I would not use and some way too expensive. Defender hit all my basic needs and value to price was way better than anyone else I reviewed. The system shipped quickly and I was amazed how easy this was to install and how well the cameras perform. The documentation is excellent with step by step instructions for both installation and set up. I definitely recommend Defender for anyone looking for a DIY system.

I bought this and when I received it, it looked nice and a lot better than the other one I bought to try out too since looking for good ones. the SD7+ wireless home video surveillance kit by lorex I would not recommend for anyone the cameras are big and even more laggy than the defender products.

I recently purchased a Digital Wireless DVR Security System & 7 inch Monitor and I love it. This system gives me all of the bells I need to have visual access for my office. I would get another if I needed it.

I purchased this product last February and I am thrilled how easy it is to install and use to my satisfaction. For the price I would say that it would do the job it is intended to do. It could be better though, if Defender can have the camera mounted on an auto (if desired) rotating base for flexibility and cover more grounds. I surely will recommend this product to my friends.
