Amazing :)

Everything about my blu-ray player is amazing. The only problem I had was the Wi-fi and connecting to Netflix. It would constantly take forever to load and when it did it would end the connection even though there was actually a full connection to my network. I still don't know whether it was my own network having issues connecting to the player or the player having issues, but once i connected it through a ethernet wire it seemed to work great. Other than that my blu-ray player has been nothing, but perfect. It does exactly what I need it to do and more. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend, family member, or anyone who was looking for a great blu-ray player. :)
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Good inexpensive blu-ray player

This blu-ray is very user friendly and so easy to use. Has just the features i want. Not a bonch of features i do not use. Hooked up so easily to my existing hoime theater system. I love it.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

The BD-5700 is a great player for the price. Love the AllShare feature and built in Wi-Fi.

Good for the money

It is not the fastest on the web and the DVD load time is a little slow, Sometimes the system needs a hard reboot.
Overall, nice features and a good for Netflix.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too many updates

I love the product but every time I turn it on I can not just go to what ever I want without it saying it needs to update. The updates don't always take real long but sometime they do and it is really annoying to have to update every time I want to use it. It also always makes me change the video quality on the internet to a lesser quality. I do wish they offered more channels such as Crackle, that would be great. I love the design and the ease of use. I also love that it has media share.

needs better apps

I am disappointed that I can't get the vudu regular on this machine. I would have liked to catch some older tv shows without having to pay extra for vudu plus.
