Easy to hook up

This blu ray player is very easy to hook up. Just attach the HDMI cable and plug it in. It readily finds a wifi signal. The only concern that I have is that with Nexflix there is no way to engage closed captioning. I contacted Netflix and was told that they are hoping that closed captioning will soon be a firmware upgrade with Samsung.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Couldn't be happier with this purchase,, this replaced a Blu-ray player made by a different company that didn't work right pretty much from the get go. I was thrilled with how easy this was to set up and the picture quality is just amazing!

The device takes too long to load/initialize certain applications, such as the hub.
The application selection and installation interface has a user friendly design.
The wireless setup is pretty easy.
There are a lack of streaming news channel applications available currently. The only one I can find is the BBC. There should be some applications for a few of the other major news media sources.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: sluggish performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent performance so far. The only downside is that it does not play DVDs brought in Europe.

I can enjoy TV my way with Smart Apps

I enjoy the access to all the movie services and with my Samsung LCD HD TV. It made "Smart TV" affordable. The apps are easy to use and the process of loading new ones was very user friendly. I'm a Samsung fan!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: no keyboard for data entry

Best "Budget" Blu-Ray on the market

The only thing this unit lacks is 3D support; not available in any other budget players so not really a negative.
Works as it should; no problems so far...Wireless connected perfectly the first try!
Be sure to check for the latest firmware; installs from USB flash-
Drive without issue.
I couldn't be more pleased.

it was goood till i try to put my wifi to it . the player owrked for a while but the next day i didnt wnat to work at on smart hub
