Firmware updates blew it ...

Was working fine but can't get the firmware to update correctly. Their doesn't seem to be a reset and it is hard to find instructions on how to manually update firmware/software. So not so good at the moment.
Pros: good design
Cons: firmware updates are a problem

I bought this Blu-ray knowing I have no idea how to set up electronics but it proved to be very easy. I am still learning all of its features but so far...it works like a charm. It is slim, light and easy.
Pros: Lightweight, easy set-up
I would recommend this to a friend!

The first time I bought this product, it didn't work right and I had to return it. Once I got my new one, it works great! The only disappointment is sometimes it runs a little loud

Lightweight and sleek design with cool LED touchscreen feature. Excellent overall quality and technology. Unfortunately WIFI capabilities are sub-par and it runs loud and clunky -- otherwise a superior product.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

We watched two Blu-Ray movies, Treme and Independence Day, right after installation. The player is connected to a Samsung 40" LED TV. We noticed a motion blur in the lower portion of the screen when characters moved across from right to left and left to right. No blur was noticed during the watching of a live football game. Any idea of the cause of the the blur?
Cons: motion blur on screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to use (I remember how the early VCR players were). The picture / movie quality is wonderful. Great looking product.

It is too slow. Every time I try and watch netflix on it, it rebuffers several times and for long periods of time and many times a pop up comes up stating that it can't connect to netflix anymore.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, too slow, not enough apps, wish there was regular hulu, netflix doesn't work well, sometimes blockbuster.com doesn't work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
