I recieved this product as a gift. I really like the features of this product. I would definitely purchase this blu-ray player again. I have multiple Samsung products and have had real good experience with them.

It has everything i needed! Great apps, easy to navigate, and love the wifi built in!!

Overall, a good buy for a Blue-Ray Player

I bought this a few weeks ago, and so far it has been easy to use. When I went to set up the player, everything came up in a different language, which was disconcerting. I went on Samsung.com and did a live chat, and in a short while was able to get the setup to display in English (originally a Scandinavian language I believe). The only problem is I can not get the device to connect to my wireless. It is not a huge problem because I have wireless set up on my HDTV, but I was a little disappointed, because I will have to do software updates via USB. As far as the player it runs well, is very fast to boot, and the picture is great on both Blu-ray and DVD's. Now if I can just figure out the wireless, I would give this a 5 star rating.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: wireless won't connect to my home network.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having had this player less than 6 months, it has started having connection problems, problems loading discs, and a host of other issues. I even have it connected to a Samsung television. I can't figure it out.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just bought this product and it seems to do everything that it said it would. I did alot of research and found this to be one of the best for the price point.
