Just got it yesterday because of the WI-FI features & because we love our Samsung Plasma 50" so another Samsung product could only be our any other choice for a Blu-Ray dvd player. They Play Nice Together. Wi-Fi to an "N" type router was a breeze. All connecting to a Onkyo TX-SR875 Receiver sound system contains the Infinity Alpha Speaker System plus Bose 701's Rear & a SVS PB-12 subwoofer. Had to use a 1.3b 3 way HDMI splitter, got so much going into it. Music from Pandora was just awesome. No more CD's?
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, simple hook-up
Cons: non-amazon on demand

A little pricey

It works fine with a Samsung TV and that's the only reason I purchased it, otherwise its expensive than a Sony or any other similar featured product. The only advantage was that the remote for my TV and this Blue-Ray player works hand in hand due to product branding from same Co.

The WFI and Player sync quickly and easily to our system.
Still learning about all of the options available to us but the activation process is simple and user friendly.
I kind of bought the first one on a whim. I have a couple large plasma HDTV's and was wanting an easy/aesthetically pleasing way to access my media on my home media server, but do not have ethernet wiring in my house. For about the price of a wireless media player, this has blueray built in as an extra feature. Allows me to replace the other brand DVD player that I hated. No brainer there!
The good: Plays bluray (looks great), wifi works great, fairly feature packed, priced well, aesthetically pleasing, hey... I bought a second one of the same model. Excellent value.
The bad: it is a little slow to navigate menus and load the smarthub content. not unbearably slow, just a little. I knocked off a star for the speed.
Other thoughts: This thing has me hooked on Pandora now. My TV's are Samsung too and the anynet feature is annoying so it is turned off. Though I have heard of others having problems with Samsung blueray players, I have had none... and the second one I bought was even a refurb. They both work great. I highly recommend this wifi blueray player!
Pros: Inexpensive

internet stability questionable

I've only had the unit a couple of weeks, I use it to play DVD's, some Blue Ray, and access Netflix. I've noticed that while on Netflix if a movie is paused the unit sometimes loses it's place and/or connection. Also, I sometimes have difficulty connecting with Netflix. I thought I could replace my PS3 movie functionality with this all in one player, but it seems the Netflix app has some problems.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
