Despite hooking up to HDMI, I could not get sound until I hooked up the yellow, red & white cables...in addition to HDMI. Why don't you have a coaxial audio plug like previous Samsung DVD players?
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: difficult to hook up sound

Watch out for automatic firware updates. They destroy your player!

Do not sign up for automatic firmware updates and do not automatically accept them. They can and will disable your player!
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations

Great When it works!

When it works, it great! Problem is it doesn't work very ofter. Something is wrong with my the video signal. Maybe its an isolated incident with the one I purchased, maybe.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Playing Blue Rays

I have had this problem twice so far. When I put in a Blueray after I have played a normal DVD it doe not recognize the movie. The previews play but the movie does not load. I had to unplug and re set up the player and that helped. I just hope that this does not continue. I have had the player for just over a week not. Features, quality and everything else is amazing.

Great Features Sometimes Slow

Features are great but sometimes it has trouble with Netflix and slow to start up. Updates are nice but can take some time. The player doesn't always let you know when it is updating or if it is just not loading. When it works it is great.
Pros: Inexpensive, wireless, online features
Cons: slow to start up, apps sometimes don't work
