I had to reset the device at least 5 times in 2 months because there is no picture when I turn the device on. I've only had the new device for 3 months.
Netflix acts weird too. Sometimes I have to wait up to 3 mins for the photos to load for a movie section.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Just got this but I believe in Samsung products so hopefully it will meet my review.
The picture quality is very good and has many possible features. The problem is using the features can be confusing and difficult to understand using the online format. A instruction book enabling one to read as they learn the features would be very useful. The idea of reading online what to do then trying to remember the instructs is difficult for some people. The HUB is confusing because some the programs need installation or initiation by your computer and are not always workable.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Too big
I would recommend this to a friend!

Maybe I expected too much?

I was very excited to be buying my very first blu-ray player with built in WIFI. I got home and opened the box and the product is sleek and it plays movies in HD wonderfully. The only problem I have is that it is SLOW, slower than molasses if you are online! It freezes at times requiring a power off cycle. The apps are far and few and the ones that are any good cost $$. Why not make them free or offer more that would be free? I think they need to do something to increase the speed.
That being said, I enjoy watching streaming movies and overall the quality is good so I would recommend this to someone who doesn't want to pay a ton of money for an expensive blu-ray player which likely has more speed.
