Crashes constantly

This player constantly needs to be rebooted...not a good player at all.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, crashes and must be rebooted
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First time, for a 62yr old man and it has taken me beyond all of my dreams. Never knew anything could be so promising and futuristic. There is Sooo much to learn with this Bluray player. At first I couldn't understand what a bluray payer was like, untill I got one. Now i know that the future is within us and here now. Take it to the top.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I love the player. as soon as i got it home i hooked it up. It was so simple to connect to my wi-fi network. the apps are great and when i stream a show or movie it looks like i am watching the DVD itself. I would recommend this player to everyone i know. Thanks keep up the good work.

Fail on netflix

Samsung makes good products but this seems to be a fail when using internet apps. Updated the unit several times and still "BUFFERING" every few min... Put my PS3 in the same place and no issues, Ran speedtest and disabled all other units on network and still a fail....
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

unit looks good but all you can do is watch disc's.
it conects to wifi & logs on but thats it apps not included & can't download them.

Excellent value for money, it does take a little geek knowledge to get all functions working properly without studying the manual. All I can say to make things a little easier is set your time zone accurately and get your network operational with the product, then do all upgrades. After this unplug Blue Ray for about 2 hours, then after you turn it on again start setting up the Apps, some especially Netflix are prone to errors if you do not do this.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, wifi built in
