Very dissatisfied Customer

We purchased this cooktop and am very unhappy with it. It has so many alarms that go off if something is touching it that you cannot even cook on it. We were doing shrimp boil on it last night and the water boiled over on the eye and locked the whole cooktop up. Was not able to finish cooking the shrimp on it because it was locked and could not be turned on. I have owned several different cooktops and this is the worst one I have ever used. We are going to request a refund for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good except in a storm!

I have been using this for about 3 months now. I find it heats up very quickly but I have some issues getting a proper simmer. I thought it had a simmer button but it does not.. My major complaint is that the timer keeps going off when I clean the stove top. A storm also made the unit go haywire going on an off until we reset the circuit breaker and eventually it ironed itself out. I had to call for service but Of course if didn't malfunction then. apparently this is not uncommon.

Great when it works

From day one we loved this cook top. From day one it also started to give us error codes and turn off while cooking. We are still working with the manufactures warrandy to replace the defective parts....hopefully it works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as impressed as hoped

Alittle disappointed with the sensitivity of buttons, especially timer and I have a code of E-11 flashes up at the least touch of the glass top

Great Cook Top

I bought this cook top 3 months ago and I love it. Its more advance than the other cook top with better feathers and a more even cooking surface

I love the stove. Hate that when you splace something on top or clean it the tomer starts beeping and you can't get it to stop.

Works great and lots of options
