This cooktop is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best cooktop I have ever owned. It cooks evenly and gives precision temperature control. Clean up is quick and easy with cooktop cleaner. And it is just beautiful!

DO NOT BUY!

This is the worst cooktop you could possibly buy. First, let's start off by saying that I didn't receive mine until four months after I ordered it. Second, the cooktop is ridiculously sensitive to pressure. If you set another pot down on it without presetting the heat burner, it goes all wonky on you. The only way to reset it is to turn it off at the breaker. This happens at least once or twice while cooking every meal. I'm still in the process of getting a new computer board and it's been 3 months. DO NOT BUY THIS HORRIBLE COOKTOP!!!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent heat distribution

Replacement of our first cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our older Electrolux cooktop so much when we dropped a crock pot on to it and damaged the glass top, we needed to replace. The new replacement is even better updated from the 10 years ago when we first purchased the first one. Easy to clean, love the less trim all great. Also feels like the elements are heating up faster.

Beautiful spacious cooktop

This is a beautiful cooktop with lots of room for large pots. The adjustable size on two of the burners allows large pots to be used efficiently. Lots of fine tuning of heating available.
Cons: We are concerned about marking up the shiny new top. We have a new set of hard anodized aluminum pots (Caphalon) and several cast iron pans and manual says cast iron not recommended and aluminum may leave marks! When wiping surface it is easy to accidentally change settings (turn burner on or up or down). Even when cooktop is turned off the timer is easily activated by wiping over it. Lock out will prevent burners from being accidentally turned on but not the timer.
