I've had my cooktop for about 2 1/2 months and I absolutely love it! The features are wonderful and just an amazing cooktop.

Stains and scratches easily

I moved to a new house and this cooktop came with the package. This is my second electrolux 36" cooktop(first one was came also with the package in the old house)°it is very hard to keep it shiny and scratch free unless you get it for the look not the cook. You need to use ultra soft cloth to wipe it and barfriend to keep it clean. It's only 2 months old cooktop. Just moved in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just built a new home and have all Electrolux appliances. We chose Electrolux because of the reputation and quality. This cooktop lives up to everything Electrolux is known for. We love the center burner, how quickly the temperature adjusts, the depth of the cooktop to catch any spills, and it looks great. It is easy to clean, the knobs are strong steel, and not a cheap plastic knob. Overall, this is a great product and would recommend to anyone!

Great burners

I bought this after we had another gas cooktop. The burners on our old cooktop took forever to boil water, but with our new Electrolux cooktop cooking is a breeze. The Electrolux cooktop is easy to use, the only thing that I wish was different is the knobs, that they would have hi/med/low on them instead of symbols.

Happy with product

Bought this as a replacement for an electric cooktop that broke. Gas is a better choice in general, but these burners in particular are excellent. We also upgraded from 30" to 36" and we're so glad we did... Just having the extra space makes all the difference when you have big pots on the stove. The sunken border for the grates is excellent to keep the grates in place - not all cooktops have that. And having grates all one height makes it easy to slide heavy pots to a new spot without lifting.
