So easy to use!

I bought this beautiful oven in June to replace a 24" oven. It worked beautifully until I ran the cleaning cycle...it then began to burn everything! I calibrated it to the maximum of 35 degrees which did not help at all, I then bought a calibrated oven thermometer and found that the top oven was 100 degrees off and the lower oven 75 degrees off (running high) I then ran the cleaning cycle again! Now the oven was either hot or cold and could not be regulated. I then called to have the oven repaired, all the electronic parts were replaced and then oven runs well now as it should. I have not yet tried all the features, but it's only been a month. However, it is very easy to use and the self cleaning setting are very easy to use!

This oven really is something. Having a double oven for entertaining is the best!
I love how it looks. I love the features. Convection makes a great pizza. The bread proof feature is perfect for rising dough. Roasted food comes out looking beautiful.
I have used the self clean feature only once, but it did an excellent job on the lightest setting.
There are a few things I was disappointed in though. When I wipe it out, the metal on the bottom seems kind of flimsy because I can feel a "give" under light pressure of my hand. I have had trouble positioning the probe using the perfect turkey setting, because my turkeys don't get quite done. When positioning the probe in a ham once, I got it positioned too high up, it ran into the broiler element when I pushed the shelf in, and the covering on the probe split open exposing the wires already!
Also, the broiler setting suggestions in the book are much hotter than what actually works (for fish anyway). And, if I could change something, I would make the audible signals louder. Unless I am in the kitchen, I don't always hear them on the loudest setting, and I don't have hearing problems.
The manual is full of grammatical errors as if translated into English, but other than that it is pretty easy to follow.
This oven is much more than I usually need, but I would buy it again.

Love my new oven!

I cooked a large turkey at Thanksgiving and recently made jerky with the dehydrator feature. Luv-Luv-Luv the easy-glide racks and the quick preheat function - really saves time.

Nice looking oven

This is a replacement for a 16 yr old GE monogram. I updated my kitchen and went with the stainless steel look to match the rest of the appliances. This oven has a very cool look, with minimalistic style, 2 pull out racks.
I would recommend this to a friend!
