Beautiful blue interior. Perfect turkey really is perfect. I love the convection baking. Many compliments on the stainless steel unit.

Easy Bake Oven

I just love my Electrolux double oven although I wish the interior had a little more space. I've used the proof bread function twice. It's truly wonderful. I have the stainless steel, very stylish. It bakes beautifully. I haven't used the broiler yet. The keep warm function is a party saver when we have guests for dinner. I just love it. The oven is easy to use and fun, too.

27" Double Wall Oven Stainless Steel

I love my new double oven. It has so many features and its really easy to use. It practically cooks by itself! Its perfect for any type of cook or baker. The touch controls are really easy to use also. I swear it says "I love you" when it goes on and the noise it makes. I couldn't be happier with this oven. I highy recommend it! Its even blue inside.

I've been using this oven for about 2 months and here are my thoughts. It looks great. Temp is spit on. I will never use most of the features though. Here are a few of the issues I have. It takes a long time to heat up. 30 minutes to get to 450. I took off a star for this alone. I did not notice any difference in the fast pre-heat function. That so far is the only issue other than cosmetic. Due to window placement in my kitchen, finger prints show up on the control panel. Does not change the fact that I like the oven, just an FYI.

Very Even Temperature

Have had this oven for close to 2 months and so far it has met my expectations. I like it a lot. The temperature is even and based on cooking times seems to be accurate. The only reason I did not rate it 5 star is that 1) I have not yet explored all of the features and 2) the exhaust/vent fan runs for a long time after the oven is turned off. The latter is a minor issue but nonetheless exists although I have no basis to compare the fan run time with other modern ovens that do not vent to an exhaust stack.

Oven Temperature Was Not Accurate

After burning two meals, we tested the oven temperature with a thermometer and found that it was 20 degrees off. An appliance service person confirmed it and corrected it. Otherwise, the oven is fine.

We have been very happy overall with the Electrolux double oven. I love the way I can bake 2 trays of cookies at once and they are all done perfectly. Love how the bottom racks roll out on rollers for easy access. I'm having the family in for Thanksgiving and am looking forward to using the "Perfect Turkey" button.
