Had never worked

On third repair. It was a floor model at hhgregg. Replaced control panel now needs new heater. The tech said the screws on door are stripped so panel has been removed before. Don't know if it was a return. Sold to me as new. I will change rating if works well after next repair.

Perform above expectations. Well built, does an excelent job, plates, pots, pans, they all come out clean and sparkling.
Incredibly quiet, hard to tell is working except projection in floor.
Best dishwasher money can buy in my opinion.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. Flickering touch screen

This is the worst dishwasher we have ever owned. I’m constantly having to hand wash the dishes after running the dishwasher and the touch screen is flickering and completely useless now.

Kelownarob, I am saddened to hear your dishwasher is not performing to your expectations. The majority of cleaning and drying challenges are related to water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F at the water heater for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes (like you might do before getting in the shower). Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 17 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions). Debris from dishware can get trapped in the filter, glass trap, and spray arms causing blockages. Hard water can cause calcium deposit that will lead to blockage. Please see page 18 in your Owner’s Manual for more causes for cleaning challenges.
