Not Impressed

I have had my dishwasher for a year now. I'm not very impressed with it. It cleans, but I often have to wash on pots and pans setting. The washing arm in the top is broken because it is cheap plastic. It is sad to contemplate replacing a appliance that I bought a year ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frustrations with control panel

Purchased only two months ago, and the control panel has already stopped working despite my best troubleshooting efforts.

Poor Performance

Soap does not fully rinse off dishes and glasses. I need to prewash all my dishes or else they do not come fully clean. My old, cheap, GE dishwasher had none of these issues. This is not what I expected from a high-end appliance. Very disappointed.

Does not dry nor clean fully

Bought this top of the line dishwasher after looking at all other brands based on specifications and was disappointed.
My wife does not like it as it does not dry the dishes at all. When it comes to cleaning, cups on the upper rack also don't get washed properly.

Hey SGHouston, thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. I apologize that you are having trouble with your dishwasher. I would recommend checking the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to under-perform. Over the last few years Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increases the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps! Kindly, Jennifer

I would strongly urge you to stay away

Purchased this unit last year, around 9-10th month began having problems. Turns out there are at least two major design flaws that they have come up with mods to rectify the problem, one is redesigned interface board and the other is pressure sensor switch. Problem is they can not meet demand for these parts and you have to wait months to get your unit fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted with this dishwasher. It offers a variety of settings and I like the efficiency of the interior. It is exceptionally quiet and cleans my dishes so well. I like the convince of the 3rd rack. I highly recommend this appliance.
