Disappointed

I've had this for a couple of months. Worked great at first but then I started to notice that my phone would die a lot faster, resulting that I would need to use the case more often. Then a month of so later, I noticed that when I turned the case on, my phone battery would go from 40% to 1% then would cut off. When I would turn the case off my phone would then turn on. Since then I have taken the case off my phone. My phone now needs to be changed multiple times throughout the day because it doesn't stay changed. At 40% the phone cuts off and then will turn back on after being plugged in. I believe this case sucked the life out of my phone because I had no issues until I started using the case. Save your money. It's not worth it.

The good and bad

The case looks nice and has protected through a few drops already. The reason I have dropped my phone is because the case is slippery and I am used to the stickiness of the Defender case. It does give you an extra charge to use later, but when you charge your phone through the case, the phone charge doesn't last nearly as long as if you charged your phone without the case. I want to charge my phone outside the case but since putting the case on my phone, I CAN'T get it off!!!! Still trying:) The resurgence gives you extra time to use your phone over and above a regular phone charge but it's not TWICE as much because of the phone charge being lessened.
Pros: looks sharp
Cons: hard to get case off
I would recommend this to a friend!

The case is great for power and good for protection but thats only if you can hold on to it. It is so slippery, the protection better be good because you keep dropping it.
Pros: recharging
Cons: slippery

My review numbers boil down to, I can't believe they didn't use the lightning connecting to charge the case. I mean I have all these accessories in my vehicles and at home with apples lightning connection and none of them will charge this case. I have to carry 2 cables now. Such a simple solution would be to use the same connection that charges the phone to charge the case. That would take this product from average, to the best.
So Disappointed.

The unit I received was an OBF and I had to return it which was disappointing because I was looking forward to using the device. It's very nice looking and added less bulk/weight to my phone then I expected. On a positive note, the return process was very easy.

I was excited to see the words MIL SPEC on this item. Lets just say the excitement subsided very quickly once I got it in my hands. First off, NO belt clip included or even made for this case. Second, NO screen protection with this case. Third, NO covers for any of the ports on your phone. This may be a great case for people that work in an office environment but if you work outdoors or in dirty conditions do your phone a favor and avoid this case at all costs.
