this case is amazing. I am on the road all of the time, sometimes i go 48 hours without stoping, and this phone case keeps my phone alive, as well as protects it amazingly well. the only complaint i have with this case is that you can't get certain aux cords to plug into the phone with the shape of the case. they did give you an adapter, but it broke within a week of heavy usage... other than that, this case is a homerun and totally worth the extra few bucks

I wish I would have read the q and a section before buying. I bought this case because I needed more battery life and I really like my otterbox defender because of the things it comes with; a built in screen protector and a rugged belt clip holster. The resurgence doesn't come with either. I bought the armor glass separate but didn't realize that not only does the resurgence not come with a belt clip but that there isn't even one offered. Love the case and the extra battery life but disappointed with the rest. Also a little bit of rubber texture on the back and side of the case to make it less slippery would be nice but I understand that would make it pretty bulky.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally a chargeable battery case that works and works well! I've had others which either didn't work at all or didn't charge the cell phone (IPhone 6) through the case. This one works, holds a great charge, charges when I need it, and doesn't drain my battery and I don't have to remove the case to charge my phone. (Although it's easy to remove the case once you get the hang of it.)
It has some of the best protection for my phone on the market and it's pretty slim, doesn't add much in the way of bulk or extra weight.
And I love the red! So tired of black, grey, silver choices....

I bought this in May when I got a new iPhone. I've dropped it a few times and my case and my phone are safe. I wanted a spare cord for work and the cord I bought from another store didn't work. I called the otters and they told me that they would be happy to send me a second cord and they didn't charge me for it. The charging feature worked great until recently. Lately I noticed that it hasn't been charging my phone. So I called Otterbox this morning and they are replacing mine. This case is electronic after all and things go wrong from time to time, but Otterbox stands behind its products.
I would recommend this to a friend!
