Great Case, One Flaw

I like the case. It makes the phone a little bulky, but it's to be expected. With the case being longer it does take some getting use to as far as texting or doing other functions on the phone. The only flaw that I've found is that sometimes when I try to charge the phone it won't charge unless the case's charge is completely depleted. I may have to get rid of this case for that reason.

I bought this OB because I previously owned an iPhone from 2013 and it was beginning to lose it's charge rather quickly. I figure this would be the perfect box for when my, now, iPhone 6 becomes elderly and will not keep it's charge. It's a convenient tool to have and it charges quickly. Love the color (mint)! The only problem I have is that it is really difficult to take the case off. I guess that's kind of a good thing though. I would recommend it!

We are truly sorry that this Resurgence case is not charging for you, we can completely understand why this would be disappointing. As long as you are using the charging cable that came with the case along with the Apple wall adapter that came with your iPhone it should charge just fine. When plugging into a standard wall outlet your iPhone should charge first and then the case will follow after.
When you are out and about and want to use the case to charge your iPhone all you have to do is simply press the charge button on the case for about 3 seconds and your iPhone should start to charge.

I've only had this a week, but so far I love the fact that I don't have to charge my phone daily.. more like every 2-3 days. I don't like the fact that I have to remove the case to plug into iTunes, and need the cable extender (included) for headphones. But all in all, I haven't found a better case out there that offers better protection or battery life! Highly recommend.
