Love Otterbox, have used the Defender cases for years with no problem! Bought the Resurgence Power about a month ago. The phone fell off my lap and onto a patio, the case is dented and the cover over the volume switch fell off. A simple fall compromised the integrity of this case, and while the case still allows me to charge my phone, it no longer offers the protection it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good concept - Not a Great Product

I bought this when iPhone 6 first came out. First case lasted about 12 months before battery would no longer provide much of a charge. Otter box replaced it for free. I'm not on 2nd unit, again about a year old - batter no longer holds a charge or provides a charge back up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the new case

I like the feel of the new case, easy to put the phone in and works with my sync on my computer and the Ford MySync in my car.
The only thing I find awkward when it is plugged in is trying to use phone if you are right handed user, usually have to unplug it first from charging cable. would suggest moving charging port in next model
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: awkward for right hand users when plugged in

I just got this case today, very fast shipping, decent price on par with Mophie and other battery cases. I like the design of this one, and the ruggedness. I imagine that it will stand up very well better than Mophie that I've had before. good job on this one, I am a happy customer so far, only thing that would improve it is if they came as a case & screen protector combo.

The functionality of this phone is decent enough, I have yet to drop from a high level to trust the true integrity. However, cosmetically, I should have never bought it. The case is so soft, which gives it a sleek look... but then when you drop it the scratches are unsightly. I understand this is the purpose of the case, but my iPhone would take more of a beating and still look good!? Also the white top makes it look very cheap. I should have went with a different case

Total Disappointment

I am extremely disappointed with the defender phone case I got for my Samsung S5 phone less than a month ago. My phone case if PINK. I had it in my bag for an afternoon & now the cover has BLUE stains on it. I would say do not buy this case. Not only did it turn blue after an afternoon in my bag, but it shows dirt very easily. I will never spend this amount of money again on a phone case. Sorry I ever bought it now.
